ClassGrader — AI-assisted grading system integrated with Google Classroom ("the Service")

ClassGrader helps teachers grade student assignments. It reads course and assignment data through the Google Classroom API and Google Drive API, and uses large language models (LLMs) to generate suggested scores and feedback that the teacher reviews. The Service is developed and operated by an information-technology teacher at National Tainan First Senior High School, Taiwan.
With your authorization via OAuth 2.0, the Service accesses the following Google user data. We request only the scopes required for the features described below, and nothing else.

Student submissions are owned by students and shared with the teacher via Classroom — they are not created by the Service, so the narrower drive.file scope cannot read them; drive.readonly is the narrowest scope that can. Limited Use disclosure: ClassGrader's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI/ML disclosure: We do not use Google user data — including Google Workspace data such as Drive file content — to develop, improve, or train generalized (non-personalized) artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We do not retain Google user data for AI/ML training, and we do not transfer it to third parties for that purpose. Submission content is sent to LLM providers exclusively to generate the grading suggestion requested by the teacher, via API terms under which the providers do not use the data to train their models.
We do not sell Google user data, and we do not share or transfer it to any third party, except in the single case required to provide the Service's core feature:
The Service is designed for teachers. Student submissions are accessed under the teacher's authorization through Google Classroom. Students do not need an account on the Service; the optional student report lookup uses a minimal Google sign-in that only verifies identity.
We will update this page and the "Last updated" date when this policy changes, and notify users in the Service of material changes.

本系統是一個輔助教師評量學生作業的工具，透過 Google Classroom API 與 Google Drive API 讀取課程與作業資料，並利用大型語言模型（LLM）產生評分與評語建議，交由教師審閱。本系統由國立台南第一高級中學資訊科教師開發與維運。
本系統透過 OAuth 2.0 取得您的授權後，會存取以下 Google 資料。我們僅請求下列功能所必需的權限範圍，不多要求任何權限。

AI/ML 聲明：我們不會使用 Google 使用者資料（包括雲端硬碟檔案內容等 Google Workspace 資料）來開發、改善或訓練通用（非個人化）的人工智慧或機器學習模型；不會為 AI/ML 訓練目的保留 Google 使用者資料，也不會為該目的移轉給第三方。繳交內容傳送給 LLM 服務僅為了產生教師所請求的評分建議，且所採用的 API 條款均約定服務商不得以該資料訓練其模型。
我們不出售 Google 使用者資料，除下列提供核心功能所必需的單一情形外，亦不分享或移轉給任何第三方：
本系統設計供教師使用，學生作業內容係經教師授權透過 Google Classroom 存取。學生不需在本系統建立帳號；選用的學生報告查詢功能僅以最小化 Google 登入驗證身分。
本隱私權政策如有修改，將更新本頁面內容及「最後更新日期」；重大變更時會透過系統通知使用者。
